An examination and typed report of all publicly recorded documents (deeds, mortgages, liens, adverse conveyances, taxes, judgments, etc.) of record relating to a given piece of real estate, as available at the local county level.
Search duration covers current owner to warranty deed, purchase money mortgage (PMM), or until transfer out of family.
Final report clearly identifies current liens, taxes, deeds and assessments, and so forth, relating to title of the specified real estate. |
