Title Search |

The Title Search, like the Current Owner or Property Report, combines several searches
into a single, standard report. |
|
|
|
Unlike the
Property Report, however, a Title Search also provides an historical
chain of title extending back in time 30 to 60 years (state dependent).
This is done to reveal any potential encumbrances, such as open mortgages, assignments,
judgments, liens or taxes that could remain attached to the property, which may not have
been discoverable during a current owner search. |
