The SBS nationwide vendor panel is comprised of Abstracting and Appraisal related professionals that
research and provide relevant information for reports.
APPRAISERS / ABSTRACTORS
Qualifications Required for Panel Consideration
All Vendors
√ Provide resume of employment history and related courses/seminars.
√ Submit sample appraisals for review.
√ Agree to meet SBS time service.
√ Agree to be available for on-going status updates.
√ Must obtain & provide copy of independent Errors and
Omissions Coverage.
Standards Required to Remain on Panel
All Appraisers
√ Must hold & provide copy of certified real estate appraising license.
√
Renew state license as required, and provide copy to SBS.
√ New appraisers,
joining an already approved company, must complete
same information.
√
Maintain license in good standing.
All Vendors
√ Renew & provide copy of independent Errors and
Omissions Coverage as needed.
√ Provide daily status on active orders.
√ Notify SBS of potential disruptions to service including,
but not limited to:
vacation, illness, local closures, acts
of God.
